I‘m so happy to announce my six-week Nervous System Resilience Practice series.

Led in my signature style, with inspiring soundscape & rich imagery to help you truly get into your body, we’ll journey for six Saturdays into the nervous system and emotional body.

Leave with a toolbox of breath practice, grounding and embodied micro-routines to help you manage stress and cultivate the embodied habits of resilience.
We’ll breathe, explore, release, ground and grow together as a group so that each participant can reap the benefits of co-regulation in community.

Pelvic Floor Barre

A Global Somatic Resilience Practice for Women

Pelvic Floor Barre is a gentle, pelvis-centered somatic movement practice designed to help women reconnect with their bodies through grounded support, mobility, and rhythmic flow. Rooted in decades of embodied research, dance practice and somatic training, this practice works with the pelvis as a source of stability, vitality, and creative intelligence.
 
In this free global live session, Pelvic Floor Barre creator Sophia Blanton will guide participants through a full session of her widely-loved Pelvic Floor Barre practice that supports:
 
  • Pelvic mobility
  • Neuro-muscular coherence
  • Embodied, confident flow
  • Re-patterning your relationship with your pelvis
 
Movements are rhythmic, supported by the breath, and adaptable for all bodies and experience levels. No prior dance or fitness background is required.
 
This session is especially supportive for women seeking a gentler approach to pelvic floor strength, recovery, and reconnection — whether addressing tension, life transitions, healing journeys or simply wanting to feel more at home in the body.
 
Come as you are, move at your own pace, and come back to your center. Sophia’s inspiring guidance will help you experience how incremental, attuned movements can create lasting shifts in the center of your being.

Integrated Neuro-Pelvic Health Workshop

I’m so excited to bring forth the newest iteration of my life-long work with pelvis-centered women’s resilience practice.

Eternal Spring deepens the physical body’s attunement with core practices of Pelvic Floor Barre, enhanced by dynamic movements, targeted breath work, and deeper neuro-pelvic re-patterning. 

The body is prepared for a meditative practice of breath, guided imagery and focus on the Three Diaphragms: a powerful intrinsic muscular structure that opens the way to greater ease, flow and connection to personal resources.
