The path of the moving body has carried me through a journey of wellness-cultivation, inspiration, and discovery across the globe. With a foundation in dance, I began in 2005 to explore how intentional movement can help us heal, integrate, and build lasting resilience.

As I studied how dancers and performers prepare their bodies for expression, I began to see even greater potential through the somatic lens. I discovered how releasing tension, cultivating muscular and cellular memory, and deepening self-knowledge through the body’s innate intelligence could transform not only art—but life.

Rooted in Balkan and Middle Eastern dance traditions, my work in World Dance honors the power of shared rhythm, ancestral memory, and cultural exchange. These dances are much more than steps and moves – they are embodied pathways to connection and well-being through enjoyment, participation and the rich tapestry of world music traditions.

Drawing from both classical barre and somatic practice, it’s ideal for women seeking to reconnect to foundational strength — whether in recovery, rebirth, or reinvention.
