My Story

Movement is my modality, my medicine, and my metaphor. It is the language through which I experience the world, connect to others, and return to myself. Whether in moments of celebration or challenge, movement has always been my way into joy,  healing, community, and meaning.

Across all the embodied modalities I teach, I’ve found that each one offers a different gateway into wholeness.
Middle Eastern dance and Pelvic Floor Barre help women reclaim their center — strengthening the core, cultivating rhythmic embodiment, and awakening deep vitality.
Balkan folk dances connect us to ancestral roots, to tribal memory, to communal joy, and to the grounding power of dancing side by side.
Prayerformance and Isadora Duncan brings us into intimate dialogue with the soul — reminding us that the body can speak the truths that words cannot contain.
And through somatic nervous system regulation, I translate the therapeutic wisdom of movement into everyday rituals that foster resilience, regulation, and self-knwoeldge.

My work is for anyone seeking to feel more alive, more grounded, and more free — whether through traditional folkloric dances, somatic practices, or soulful movement. At the heart of it all is a simple truth: the body knows. It remembers and heals, and it is the gateway to a fuller, deeper experience of life. And when we move from that place of inner knowing, we begin to move not just through the world — but with it.
