Eternal Spring: Returning to the Source Within

This unique Pelvic Ritual Practice leads you to deep release, restoration and re-patterning anchored in your center: the pelvis. Breath-led movement rituals prepare your body for a rich, guided inner experience of self-resourcing and rejuvenation.

What if one of the most intelligent places in your body has been quietly waiting for your attention all along?

The pelvis is one of the most vital and intelligent centers in the feminine body. I call it the “second skull”: it holds our core strength, balance, gut-brain, instinct and sexuality. It’s a place of life’s thresholds and our initiations as women, lovers, mothers and elders. And it’s also where the body instinctively braces when life feels like too much. Over time, chronic bracing can become so familiar we don’t even realize it’s there, but it’s felt in underlying tension that doesn’t go away, loss of tone or sensation, digestive changes, or a body that feels less responsive, less intuitive, and less like home.

If this feels familiar, you’re not broken. Your body has adapted, and it can adapt and change again! I’ve seen it over and over in the women I work with: mindful movement, breath and imagination have the power to lead us to our deepest personal resources and unlock the body-wisdom that’s longing to emerge.

Eternal Spring is my latest body-centered journey designed to help women release chronic tension so that they can restore communication between the pelvis and nervous system and reconnect with a deep, renewable source of energy at the core of the body.

From Dance to Therapeutic Movement

My work with the pelvis began in 2004, drawing on my background in Physical Theater and Middle Eastern dance to help women access its rhythmic pelvic moves. Through the lens of biomechanics, moves break down into key parts and patterns, making them much easier for the body to learn.

What I didn’t foresee were the unexpected benefits. Women began reporting relief from hip pain, improved pelvic tone, a greater sense of internal ease, and a host of other benefits. I began to listen more deeply and realized that the pelvis is far more than a physical structure; it is a center for coordination, regulation, and vitality. I created a foundational practice I named “Pelvic Floor Barre” that I’ve now taught to thousands of women across the globe.

Disaster Struck, then my Body Showed Me the Way

Alas, life tested my method in the most visceral ways, when I lived through a catastrophic flood and wildfire in the same decade. In both instances, I found myself in prolonged survival mode: with hypervigilance, chronic bracing, dysfunction with sleep and digestion, and panic attacks. And I noticed that, in those moments, my body instinctively returned to my pelvis – swaying, bouncing, circling – to find regulation, discharge activation, ground, and regain a sense of safety.

Real life had put my work to the test and showed me the power of the pelvis as foundation not only for mobility, but for resilience. As I delved deeper into the coordination between the pelvis and the nervous system, my practice was energized with new purpose and potential. Resilience rooted through the pelvis is a natural condition our bodies can easily sink into. Re-patterning is not only possible, but pleasurable, and that encourages repetition.

Menopause Called Me Back to the Spring!

The idea for a pelvic ritual encompassing meditative practice such as Eternal Spring emerged as I journeyed through menopause. I had been teaching and practicing Pelvic Floor Barre for years, enjoying its benefits of ease, tone, and energy flow in my own body. Then the profound life change of menopause led me into a new wilderness of disconnection from the center of my gravity, sexuality, vitality, and hormonal balance.

In that bewildering transition, I felt my body unmistakably guiding me back to my innermost, inexhaustible source of vital energy. A source that’s always there, regardless of life stage or the demands placed upon my feminine body. So I listened, learned and gradually evolved the practice into something new: pelvic meditative practice.

Over the decades, I developed a teaching style that helps women create movement through image and symbol. Those same elements became the foundation of a guided journey to a symbolic place at the center of body and psyche: The Eternal Spring—an inner place of resource, renewal, and healing – accessed through the awakened pelvis.

The Eternal Spring Experience Offers:

  • Dynamic Stretch Patterns: Easy kinetic flow routines combine movement and breath for deep tension release throughout your hips, pelvic floor, and core
  • Pelvic-Nervous System Harmony: Simple sequences gently unwind deeply-held chronic bracing patterns and restore the vital connection between the pelvis, core, and nervous system
  • Integrated Breathwork: Restorative breath practice coordinates the pelvic movements a powerful internal flow that revitalizes your whole system
  • Pelvic Meditative Practice: Guided imagery enriches movement to create a profound internal experience, helping you access your own “inner wellspring” of resource and renewal.

So, if you’re longing for a different relationship with your body—one rooted in ease rather than effort, trust rather than tension, and an inner source of vitality rather than constant striving—I invite you to experience Eternal Spring.

This is more than a movement practice. It’s an invitation to rediscover one of the most intelligent and life-affirming places in your body, and to return to the wellspring that’s been quietly waiting for your attention all along.

Whether you join me in person or online, I’d be honored to guide you there.

The next Eternal Spring session is happening in Glastonbury, UK, at the Sacred Birth Center on July 25, 2026.
